Hi All,

A quick question regrading moving z-wave plug-in appliance modules.

I intend to move some of the table lamps in one room, from one end of the room to the other, (a distance of 5-6feet)

Will I have to exclude the plug-ins first and then include them again?

I’ve never needed to do anything special when moving something such a short distance. Unless you were just on the edge of the mesh’s coverage, you can move them and then just do a “Repair my network” operation under the More Z-wave options page to have the devices find their new neighbors.

honestly, I doubt that will be necessary for such a short move.
