Here is a new Vera issue

I have a Vera Plus already setup and working on my LAN. I need to change my LAN IP designations from 192.168.0.x to 192.168.3.x.

So I make all the changes needed on the LAN and then change the DHCP on the router and reboot.

As expected, everything comes back, powers up with the new IP’s.

I go to log into home.getvera.com and after my credentials, up pops the EULA… wants me to sniff and scratch and push the I have read button…which I do…and it returns to the EULA…we do this about 6 times…then I reboot the computer…try again and same thing.

So then I try telling it I have a new controller…it gives me the EULA…but this time lets me pass to Finding New Controller… but it can’t find the new controller. So I add it manually… it reports Vera is already registered…

I clear the browser cache… try it all over again… same results.

Any ideas? I contacted support, so we’ll see I guess…

Hi,

Well Kudos to tech support.

Within an hour, maybe an hour and a half, I received this response from support and then when I went to log in the problem was gone…

Badda Boom - Badda Bang…

Hello,
We had some reports where some of our customers are prompted by the Therm and Conditions page, and are not able to go past it. Our sysadmins are working on this as we speak and services should be restored soon. Meantime, you can use our legacy portal http://legacy.getvera.com/ that will allow you to remotely reach your unit.

So good job guys…

Rock on…
