Help with light control

I have the old style wall switches with the narrow nobs. I need to make one z wave in order to control an exterior dock light remotely. Anyone have any ideas without using the wide wall switch they have that is Z wave compatible. Would like to keep it matching. I do have access to the wire where it enters the house outside but would prefer something inside that will work. Thanks for any suggestions…

Can you be a little more specific about what type of switch it is? I looked up narrow knob switch and it wasn’t much help.

Would a Aeon Labs Aeotech Micro Illuminator work inside the box?

Will have to take a look at that and see if it will work. The wall switch is the standard 1/8-1/4 inch switch rather than the wider narrow ones that now contain wave capability. The switch I have has two with one controlling the dock light, and one the exterior lights. Would like to give tenant the ability to turn on without giving him the code to our house, and without creating a hot switch inside with a secondary main control at the dock. Thanks again
