Help with initial setup

Just plugged the VeraEdge for teh first time and registered, the controller was found but then it showed that the controller is updating and it has been about 24 hours… then if I try to continue it shows me a something on our side went wrong, Try again … I have tried several times and the error persists…

Are you able to connect to the vera directly via ip address? You will need to go on your router to see what ip was allocated to your vera. Will be something like 192.168.1.XXX

Hello, I was able to get into it with its internal ip address, but then I asked support because I was unable to register the controller, then they helped me and I succeeded registering it, but now it appears offline and it is not taking and IP.

Have you unplugged it and plugged it back in?

Hello. I was able to get it to work using WIFI instead of the RJ-45. something happened because if I use the cooper port then it enters into the "X zone " and stops working.
