help reflashing verizon HMC camera

Im new to micasaverde and just recently got booted from Verizon home monitoring ,something about updating my creditcard and then they could not re add me…got them to refund most of my zwave purchase from them…better for me since I found out about micasaverde anyway. bought a veraite and got all my stuff up and working pretty much, except for the camera and the mini mote… still figuring out the ins and outs but its been fun. i have like 18 lights in different rooms working great. can someone help me re-flash my verizon camera.??I read about the northq firmware but I cant find it anywhere, or much info on it…is there a new way of doing it…??I still haven’t called Verizon about it… maybe they will give me the admin password…??? can anyone help?? thanks… after I get this figured out I will be adding the garage door…

I am in the same boat as you. while you may not be able to gain administrator access to your camera’s currently you can still use them with vera3 however you may not be able to use the functions like motion control IR cut on and off if it is an outdoor camera or place the username and password. but I can tell you that is if you use the WPS function in the camera in conjunction with your WPS feature in your router you will be able to give you the camera using QuickTime plugin on your Windows or Mac system.once you verify that you can view your live stream from your cameras within your wireless LAN…you can then plug in your IP address within Vera’s web interface and use the generic IP camera setup in order to give Vera access to the camera.as I understand connecting to mio’s servers…it should be an encrypted connection when remotely accessing your system
