Help - my vera crashed

My vera system did a crash and burn the other day, so now I need to rebuild.

My question is, what are the steps to rebuild it all?

Is there a way to reset the system without losing my (personalized) network connection settings? How about keeping my scenes intact?

Do I have to take the dongle to each node to delete each one (I have 20 of them), one by one - or is there a way to completely wipe the data in the dongle so node by node deletion is not necessary?

I’m not sure how bad of a crash you are having as most of the time you can just unplug it and wait 10 seconds and plug it back in and everything should work again. If you have to rebuild it you have to delete each item because once paired with your dongle it can’t be paired up again with any dongle until it has been unpaired.

If you have a saved back-up config at Findvera.com you can use that as a restore.
Do not reset your Zwave devices.

Make sure it really crashed. Un-plug and plug back in. Check to see if your network is at all the issue.

Follow the restore instructions on the Wki.

Yes, am pretty sure it was a full crash. I say that because all of my configured devices (each named and placed in specific rooms) (all 20) show up as new devices found and completely unconfigured.
