I bought a used vera 3 from ebay. the person i bought it from did not have the password. I went online to reset do a factory reset, and one of forums said to run http://192.168.81.1/cgi-bin/cmh/remove_ra.sh after i did that the luup engine is not loading any more. I have a vera 3 serial number 30008791. Any help to restoring it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
How did you factory reset the Vera to default? I have lost access to my Vera lite (connection failed) and was also getting the LUP errors as well and I can’t find anywhere on the Vera site how to factory reset my unit. No response from tech support on my ticket submitted through “request tech support” in the GUI.
