Help: Jasco 45709 light switch not responding

I have 2 Jasco 45709 light switches (plain switch, non-dimmer) in the same box right next to each other. Recently, one of them lost communication with my Vera Lite. Any suggestions on how i can try to get it working again? The other switch communicates fine.

Is there a way I can reset the switch? Or should i try to unpair/delete it and re-add?

  1. Use the airgap switch to power cycle the 45709.
  2. Make sure it’s not a distance issue, by temporarily moving Vera close to the switch.
  3. Exclude and include the switch.
  4. Replace the switch.
