Hello I’m new here. Are you kidding me about registering to this forum? What kind of customer service is this? Having me google if Newton discovered his theory with an apple or the moon? How many sides to a pyramid and other such questions? I had to waste 5 minutes of my time after spending the last hour trying to configure my Vera system, to become aggravated and miserable so I could get a little help without bothering your customer service by email or phone. Ridiculous. Someone here needs to go back to school to learn something about customer service. The first rule is don’t aggravate your customer when they are trying to get help.
Sorry for the rant, but I can not imagine that a Captcha is not enough with a simple math question and a moderator. I can not imagine how someone who is sight impaired could even get in here and then on top of it answer science questions.
OMG and now I have to do those questions and another Captcha to write a post!!!
