There seems to be very few places advertising the Hawkings hrds1 sensor as available and some of those may not be trusted. Have they stopped producing this product or is there a temporary cessation in production?
Yep discontinued, but they were being sold also by Home Manageables as the HM-DW001 for a while.
There are still some around on Amazon etc, but you can also use the Aeon labs equivalent:

The HRDS1 and the HM-DW001 are both oemed from Everspring . I like the Aeon Labs DSB04100-ZWUS Wireless Door/Window Sensor everywhere except for the Garage Doors as it is a smaller sensor than the HM-DW001
The Everspring version is the SM-103 and I’ve seen the Hawking branded HRDS1’s on an office supply website recently.
