I have this problem some day my Vera3 loses firmware and I must use recovery firmware tools.
one or two times may also be normal, but no more times.
can I do anything to fix this problem?

Are you saying that sometimes you cannot start Vera because the firmware is gone / corrupted?
Have you been using the latest firmware?
Yes, the firmware is gone / corrupted !!!
every time I get disconnected from the plug or the power goes off, the vera3 restart and have Power LED solid and USB1 blink.
so every time I need to use firmware recovery tools
I downloaded the latest firmware but is same
