Had a device entry in vera disappear. An entry foran HA06 in one room is operating another device(HA02).
moved the entry to the room it belongs in, re-named it, and tried to add in the now missing HA06.
It appears to work fine from the dongle perspective, but vera doesn’t find it to add back in.
Have you tried resetting the existing devices (see notes about holding down the button on the inclusion dongle)? That way you know they don’t have old id’s/house codes, and add them fresh into Vera? You shouldn’t have this problem, however, if you do, I think it’s something with the low-level Z-Wave protocol and not Vera because we don’t have control over the inclusion process.
