I have a HA01 duplex zwave receptacle. One of the outlets is controlled by zwave and one is not. Into the regular outlet I have plugged an HA04 outdoor module. Now the issue is that Vera sees the HA04 and can control it, but it just times out on the HA01. Shouldn’t the HA04 be able to relay signals to the HA01? they are only inches apart but about 50 feet frome the Vera unit. However, there are several other zwave moduels between them and the Vera. Does anyone have experience with this situation? Thanks
I have had this happen before. Ended up sending the HA01 unit back to Intermatic for warranty.
