someone using or testing this ?
When I first got Glass a couple of months ago I was thinking about implementing something very similar to this for Vera. However, because of the way that the current Glass APIs work, it just didn’t seem practical. You would have a “bundle” that made up the title screen for your app. Then, under that you would list every device you have that can be controlled. For me, that is a significant list and nobody would want to scroll through all of those devices just to find the one you want. However, I did also consider having a setting so that only specific devices show up.
Long story short, I asked a couple of months ago if anyone was using Glass, and what they would want Glass to do with their Vera, and I got no response. So, I figured it wasn’t interesting enough for anyone just yet. So, I have been poking at a Vera Alert like app instead to start with. It mostly works, but I have not had time to really finish it how I want. Not that it matters much because people using Glass right now aren’t supposed to be releasing apps yet.
