I have a vera lite controller and a Global Cache IP to Ir controller. I have set them all up and got the IP for the Global Cache device. I went into my getvera web portal and installed the GC-100 app. once the install completed it says that it cannot find the device and to check the IP. when I go into the device settings it will only allow me to change the name and the room it is assigned to… If i click on ant of the other options, as in Settings, Advanced settings the screen just goes blank… I would assume this is where you are supposed to assign an IP? has anyone had this happen? or am I looking in the wrong place to assign the IP?
