Glass Break Or Shock Sensor

It looks like that at one point in time there was a US version (VSN-ZS5101US) of this z-wave glass break sensor:

Any idea if you can still purchase these or something like these anywhere? Or are you relegated to a dry contact device like the Everspring SM103 combined with a traditional non-zwave glass break / shock sensor.
