Will there be any issues connecting Z-Wave controlled receptacles to the load side of a GFCI receptacle? Obviously I am looking to have Z-wave control and GFCI protection on outdoor outlets.

Seconded. I have both an indoor GE receptacle and a GE outdoor outlet behind GFCI receptacles for about 2 years with no issues whatsoever.
