I’m getting “disabled|not-mounted” message on the screen after clicking “Store logs on USB device” (in UI6/Setup/Logs/Store logs on USB device), and then also the follow-up message “WARNING: The usb drive will be erased. Wait 20 minutes after clicking OK”
If I wait the 20 minutes the USB status on this page is still “USB status - Disabled - Not mounted”. After rebooting same. Not sure if it helps however when I run “dmesg” on the VeraLite when the USB is plugged in, and then again after removed I see this…
Any advice? Want to be able to do Verbose Logging, but need to get the “stores logs on USB” working first.
