get data from the web in a virtual device

Hi all,
I’m finishing the migration of my scene from Zipabox to Veralite, I have an latest device that I don’t how to deal with:

I have a powermeter that is sending data to COSM. I have created a php script that is runing on my server that sent every 5 minutes the values to my zipabox using an http request.

Is there a way on the vera to have a virtual meter that is updated using http request (fro exempla with the new value as parameter) ? thanks for your help

You have to create a plugin.

The Undergroud Weather Plugin is similar to what you want … It queries the Weather Server requesting the weather for your location … than it updates pseudo sensors for temperature, humidity, … on Vera.
