I have had the MiCasaVerde system installed in my home for over two years without major issue. Lately, many of my GE switches have become unresponsive to commands from both the MiCasaVerde and the physical rocker switch (the blue light remains on). To correct this, I have to pull out the air gap switch at the bottom of the switch for a couple seconds to “reset” the switch. Once this is done, the switch immediately works as it normally would, both with the physical switch and via the MiCasaVerde. This issue is happening daily to different switches.
-This issue is NOT limited to any one switch or area of my home.
-No issues with Trane thermostats or outdoor plug-in modules.
I have tried to Heal the network.
I have deleted the switches and re-installed them.
Has anyone else run into this?
