Hi every one, despite the reviews in amazon regarding the keypad GE 4561, i decided to give it a try and I buy it, I have had a very hard time trying to configure on my vera lite, after resetting it to factory defaults, upgrading and downgrading the firmware (because I had id’s greater than 32 and this keypad does not support that’s id’s) then first I add the keypad to my vera, then I add another two screw in modules, create an scene, I assign that scene to one button on the key pad and every works fine!, so I add the rest of my devices like appliance modules, dimmers, motion sensors, door and windows sensors, etc. then installed pushover and veraalerts, and finally I create some scenes, assign some of that scenes to my keypad, and then reinclude the keypad to the vera… but!, after I press a button on the keypad for turn on a scene, nothing happened, but if I turn on manually the lights of that scene and press on the keypad the down arrow (off), the ligths turn off! 
How come!!, please help because I’ve spend some many time trying to figure out what i’m doing wrong, but I can?t find any solution. thanks alot.

Did you get it to work? I have been working with Vera support on this, I am using Veraplus and trying to setup JASCO45631 and after spending a month of continuous work, I gave up. Looks like the Zwave chip doesn’t like the JASCO45631. However, it works like a charm on Vera 3 as I have tried it on my friend’s network and absolutely no issues at all.
