GE Dimmer: Failed at: Getting Multi Channel info

This message “Failed at: Getting Multi Channel info” is displayed below one of my GE dimmers. The light seems to work fine under Vera commands. Any idea what might be happening? I have attached a screengrab. The only mention of the above error condition on the board had something to do with a multi-channel temperature sensor.

If you’re using a GE/Jasco 45612, I would guess that the configuration is corrupted.

That being the case, I would exclude the switch and include it back again, resetting the switch’s configuration to default.

I recently had the same problem. I was able to solve it by going into the web UI, selecting the node, clicking on the wrench to configure it, select the “settings” tab and click on the “configure node right now” button. That made the problem go away.
