I’ve configured this remote as a secondary scene controller and have gotten it working successfully for turning lights on and off, but can it also be used to dim lights when configured this way?
I understand that if you link the controller directly to your z-wave dimmers that it can do so by pressing the on button multiple times, but what is unclear to me is if the dimmer can be linked directly to the remote AND to the Vera (in my case a Vera Lite).

Suggest you link the dimmer as a secondary controller and program an event in vera (under automation). Check this thread out: http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,6063.0.html
