Gave up on this thing a while back and now I am coming back to it… but when I give it power, it just makes a constant sound.
Any idea on how to go about troubleshooting this?
It sounds like a miswired or a bad unit. But, I’m only guessing.
Do you have any idea who I can contact to troubleshoot?

How about contacting the manufacturer? It seems that they would be your best hope. I imagine you’re well past any retailer exchange time period.
