Tried IE (ugh) and Firefox and both look fine so it is a Chrome issue. Thanks, and I’m glad it is not a UI issue.

I use the same version of Chrome and it works just fine. Did you try clearing your browser’s cache?

You are not running Vera version 1.6, by any chance, are you?
Vera was apparently designed to work with Firefox. It usually works fine with Chrome. There are known issues with using IE.

I tried both Firefox and IE and both display properly. I have used Firefox in the past and had some issue (can’t remember what it was now) and switched to Chrome (also running on my phone and tablet) and have been happy with it.

So we can probably add this to the list of issues with 1.6. :
What is the screen resolution set to on the display adapter? That may be the reason it is garbled on your’s and not others? Maybe someone (me?) can set theirs to the same resolution and see if we can recreate the issue.
My screen resolution is 1600 x 900 on a Dell laptop.
I tried different screen resolutions and all of the scene edit windows were garbled in a similar way.
I tried Chrome in Windows8 mode with the same results.
I cleared the browser cache and tried Incognito Mode (suggested by Vera Control).
Try to clear your browser cache …
Oops I see you tried that … usually this is cause by a corrupted style sheet cached in your browser.
I submitted this problem to and received a reply from Vera Control recently:
I was able to reproduce your issue and I?ve submitted a bug in our bug tracker. This should be solved by our developers in the next software upgrade.
