This might be possible but am not sure as only been using app for 2 days.

Is it possible to select ARM alarm system and the only screen to appear once armed is the Disarm screen for pin code entry?

Hope this makes sense.

Do you mean an option to require the PIN only when disarming, not when arming?

Correct.

Just like it only gives you the option to disarm and not give access to rest of the app to change anything in house

I see a couple of requirements here:

  1. the need to protect locks with a PIN different from the app PIN (with the app PIN you can change any setting you want)
  2. locking the app down on a certain condition (like the alarm being armed). I had considered this already, for example locking the app if a “home/away” switch is set to Home, so a caretaker can access Vera when you’re away.

I can see the usefulness of both.
