Hi there,

I live in the Netherlands and own two Fuji Electric Airconditioners. I am wondering if it is possible to control both units using my Vera 2.

Does anyone have experience connecting these kind of aironcidtioners to Vera? I have read through the posts and cannot find a similar situation.

A Infrared to Zwave converter (like Remotec) should do the trick, but I cannot find Fuji Electric as a supported vendor. Before spending 100 euro on a Remotec I’d like to make sure this is going to work as expected.

Any help would be appreciated.

It depends of you only want to cool and use your own temperature sensor.
This could be done by cutting the power of the unit and when needed switch it back on. I know that Mitsubishi support it.

Using the IR function is something i can answer for you :-\
