Foscsam FI9821 - Ui7 versus Altui

Has anyone come up with a solution/reason why this would be so?

I have a Foscam FI9821P that always shows as disconnected under the UI7 web and android apps but works perfectly fine when coming in via the ALTUI plug in.

Considering I didn’t have to do any configuration whatsoever to accommodate the camera in ALTUI, why the disconnect?

The thing comes up fine under the myfoscam app as well.
