Foscam 8918W - is it possible to control R/L/U/D in Vera Mobile?

Hello Everybody,

After several searches on camera related topics in this forum my question is:
Is it possible to control Foscam 8918W IP Camera in Vera Mobile Android App ?
I want to not only watch on motion-image form URL http://X.X.X.X:XX/snapshot.cgi BUT ALSO turn camera left/right/upper/down

Of course I can change Vera Mobile to other smartphone App if it is neccesary.

I have brand new Vera Lite, UI5, latest firmware (1.5.622) ., foscam camera added properly, foscam plugin added properly, camera visible via web-gui, I can control Left/R/U/Down via web-gui, everything is OK and stable, need only movement control of my foscam via Android phone :slight_smile:

I didnt figure out how to do it, I think because the vera mobile app expects video feed to come in a different format (and this camera sends Mjpeg)

So instead I use IP cam viewer from the android play store. You can use the free version unless you want sound, then youll need to buy the upgrade version.
