Fortrezz Water sensors

Ui7 on Vera Edge with 7 fortrezz water sensors… 2 of them just keep reporting “Device NOT responding again” "
Tried new batteries, and exclude and include again…
Also thought that these two units were to far from the Edge, so I got a 4 repeaters and installed 3 new Aeon light switches… in an attempt to get more neighbors…YES ran the repair

Running firmware 1.7.961 latest as of today FEB 28 2015

Anyone else been having issues with these sensors?

same bs issue… even tried adding neighbors manually… been hoping all the firmware upgrades would help…

no luck…

have repeaters, light switches all close by and same as you… would love to know if anyone has a fix…
fortrezz website has nothing that helps…

Same issue here, latest ui7 veralite. 2 out of 6 of these sensors will report not responding /responding again usually within minutes. Happens pretty much daily. Lots of devices around and not far from the veralite (15 feet through one drywall wall).

i know the post is old, and there is a fix… it comes down to adjusting the polling time for each of the sensors.

Set the wake up interval to 43200

this tells Vera to only check on the sensor based on when the sensor is actually going to wake up… not when its asleep / battery saving mode, which obviously it fails to get the proper signal back leading to the failed device…

i found this to also work with other battery operated devices…
