This is more of an issue with Vera / Z-Wave than the SSA2.
Try a reboot of Vera and try to include again. 4 fast blinks from the SSA2 = not included in a network.
Try associating another module if you can, if Vera also fails to go into learn mode, you should immediately contact support, This happened to me on Vera1 and I had to reset my network, exclude each module, the re-add them all. It’s not fun
You seem to have switched the Z-Wave from primary to secondary, that’s why you’re not able to add new devices. Did you try to add another controller in your z-wave network?
Unfortunately the only way to make it primary again is to reset your z-wave network, which will remove all devices from your Dashboard and you will have to exclude and re-include them.
If you can wait a couple of days we will release a new firmware and you should be able to switch it back to primary without removing all your devices. You can read more about this here and if you decide not to wait for the new firmware you should reset your network.
Please keep in mind that this is not officially possible, which means that in most of the cases it will work, but there can be a few exceptions.

So it’s your fault @barath!!
That sure is interesting information that you SHOULD be able to switch roles back to Primary.
Are you going to wait?
Yes. I’m going to wait for the firmware upgrade. Otherwise i need to remove and add all the devices in the network which is a pain to do, esp. those door sensors.
