I am adding a couple Fortezz water alarms to my new VeraLite UI7 system. I am able to add them and configure them fine, however when I trigger a water alarm for testing, the notifications I set up do not fire. I have confirmed that notifications work for other scenes, and I have verified the Email and SMS configurations using the pin that gets set when you first set them up.
I have tried setting up Notifications directly within the device and via a Scene, and neither works. I know VeraLite is receiving the Leak signal (or at lest it is receiving something) because when I simulate a leak, the the icon on the Devices page for the leak alarm changes to indicate that it is receiving the alarm. Argh! What else do I need to do?
Try manually running the scene the sends the notification. Are you getting one? From what I read you are getting notifications on other alarms. Is that assumption correct. Did you arm the sensor? It is important to do that if your trigger is looking for armed and tripped.

So this is strange, my device page for my leak alarm (actually I have 2) looks exactly like the image you posted but I DONT HAVE THAT “ARM” switch. Weird. Argh.
I am using Everspring flood sensors so perhaps that is the reason. If you set the trigger so that it works if the sensor is armed or disarmed it should also work. I wonder if the interface is different for the Fortezz?
