Flow Switch

I’m looking for a sensitive flow switch to wire to a hawking door sensor. I’d like to be able to identify if water is flowing while I’m out. It would be nice to be able to sense a leaky faucet or toilet, with a flow switch at the main supply, but more importantly, I had an irrigation valve fail about 2 days after I installed my sprinkler system, and it wouldn’t close, even on loss of power. I’d hate to have that or any other leak happen while I’m out of town.
Anyone have any experience with this? If so, has anyone found a flow switch triggered on less than .8 gpm? That seems to be the best I’ve found at a reasonable price.
