FIRMWARE 1.6.64 and Issue with FIBARO EYE MULTISENSOR FGMS-001 V2.6

Hi, to all.
This is my first post on the forum. I’m a software developer and i have start a small project on my own house.
To achieve my goals i need some temperature sensors and here start the trouble.
I would like to use FGMS-001 Fibaro EYE multisensor.

I have a Vera 3 controller with firmware 1.6.64 and one FGMS-001 V2.6

I have read all the post on this topics and my setup should be the right one: right firmware and right sensor version.

However when i first include the sensor i get only one sensor: motion sensor.
I’m using: Settings/advanced settings/add device/other device:
selecting the options:
include
one
type: any
full power
timeout 120

but i have also tried all the other method provided by the vera 3 UI.

As stated in other threads i have also tried to include again the already included sensor but the vera controller just don’t find any new device to add…

No way. I alwys got only one device in my dashboard: MotionSensor. It recognize FIBAR as the productor but no other sensors are added.

I have waited all the night (hoping that the missing sensors will appear during further comunication between controller and sensor…)

Any suggestion?

Thank you to all.

Hi to all.
After a full night the “other” sensor of the fibaro multisensors come up (temperature and light).

However now when i load the Vera3 main page i get this error on the browser console:

http://192.168.1.7/cgi-bin/cmh/proxy.sh?url=https%3A%2F%2Fvera-us-oem-account11.mios.com%2Finfo%2Fsession%2Ftoken&rand=0.03773543401621282 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 (Unauthorized)

192.168.1.7 is my controller IP on the LAN.

(in advanced mode the loading box doesnt hang)
Anyone can help me? any suggestion?

You probably have “Secure My Vera” enabled … which means you have to login to the Remote server (to validate your credentials) before you can access your Controller locally.

Looks like your Credentials time out.

Vera should really catch this and ask you to login again.

You can turn off the “Secure My Vera”. It’s really only useful if there are people on your LAN that you do not trust.
If you do not trust people on your LAN than you need a lot more than this because all kinds of things on your LAN are at risk.
Now you are talking commercial IT solutions!
