Fibaro Roller Shutter Stuck

Hello Guys

I have a motor connected to my Fibaro Roller shutter 2

When I press open or close, sometimes the motor struggles and doesn’t act accordingly.

If i press like 4 or 5 times it will move.

Briefly, the order always being sent to the motor but it doesn’t always move :frowning:

any idea?

Can you elaborate on the quote-part?
If it is a Zwave issue the its : not working OR working … not struggles.

No it is not Z-wave, i believe it is something with the motor. It needs more push.
Or maybe more power? More pushing duration?

I can see a light on the motor when i press “open” but it is not moving :frowning:
