You just need to change the value for Parameter 80 governing the LED signaling mode from 10 (default) to a 0, this is shown in the instruction manual. Heres a step-by-step…
Open the devices settings window
Click on “Device Options”
Click “Add configuration settings”
In the variable field, enter parameter number 80 governing the “LED Signaling Mode”
Change the Data Size drop down to 1 byte dec
Enter the value you wish to change, in your case, per the instruction manual, you want to enter 0 to render the LED inactive.
Click the green “Save Changes” button
Back out of the screens in Vera until you are back on the main devices window, and wait a bit for Vera to either re-configure automatically, or if it doesn’t, then just refresh your browser window.
Wake-up the MS by removing the two halves, and pressing the B-Button 3 times rapidly, this will cause Vera to reconfigure the node immediately. You could also go to the Advanced section within the device settings, click on the “commands” tab and configure the node immediately. If you were successful, the LED will glow Blue for a few seconds, then turn off.
Now set the device in a spot to make sure it will not be disturbed, and leave your Vera alone for 5 minutes. That will give it time to update and reload all the config you have just done.
Test that the config was successful by going back into the device options menu and confirm that your new values are correct for that Param. If so, you are done!
