Fibaro motion sensor and Vera's

So my fibaro motion, temp, lux sensor arrived. First impressions are it’s the usually well design bit of kit from these guys and its small, just a bit bigger than golf ball size.

It also does not quite have the demonic looking “eye” that the box shows, you can judge If that’s good or bad depending on your view point. I can post pictures later if anyone is interested.

On first inclusion it looks like it might not play that well with vera, as only shows up as a motion sensor. I’m running a full heal now to see what that does. Anyone else using with vera yet ?.

I take it that you’ve now seen this:

I have now, I’d already ordered it anyway. Looks like it’s going in the cupboard for a while then, either that or I need to change the brains in my set up, that’s unlikely as I use a few plug ins and apps that are only vera.

@mzpost Unfortunate that you cannot use it (yet) with Vera UI5. I hope they come with a fix soon as I’m also interested in this sensor. Could you post some pictures of the sensor as I’m curious how it looks in real life?

(edit) Has Micasaverde given any indication as to when they expect to have it fixed?

I’ve actually raised a support ticket as I know a few others on here have and it looks like the support team are working on it so we will need to see what happens. I will add a few pictures.

I raised a ticket on this a few days ago and the MCV team sent me a link to a beta update which fixed the problem - my Fibaro motion sensor works fine now, together with the built-in temperature and light sensors. I’d imagine that if you raise a ticket they’ll do the same for you.
