I’m using a Fibaro multi sensor to read light levels outside and then if dark enough and motion is sensed trigger on a spot light and keep it on for 10 minutes. I’m confused with the readings I get from the light sensor. During daylight hours I get readings like 1245% which does not seem logical to me. As it gets darker that number does drop but what exactly is that percentage telling me. I set the trigger at 20% but it seems that even at dusk the trigger is true and the spot light comes on. Any thoughts would be great…
It is not a percentage in your case. Some light sensors report in percentage of 0 to 100. The fibaro reports in lux. The percentage in Vera’s UI7 is a bug.
