Hi all

I realise that fibaro has released an new device called intercom. It seems to be expencive one but an device that has lots of features. Connected to Lan .
The price is “salty” 899 euro !

Wow. Also:

NOTE: This is not a Z-Wave device. The device may be connected to network via Ethernet (recommended) and Wi-Fi
So no z-wave....
NOTE: To run the Fibaro Intercom you need a iOS mobile device connected to the Wi-Fi, FIBARO Intercom App, FIBARO ID account (which you can set up during the configuration process)
... or Android love, and you pretty much need to be a Fibaro user....
NOTE: Do not install the device in direct sunlight! Do not mount the device in places exposed to rain or water drop, or prone to flooding
...and mounting it outside the house is probably not such a good idea.

Another ‘wow’ is it supports 4 digit PIN codes by twisting the outside of the device itself. I think there must be something very special in the water cooler at the Fibaro development labs… lol
