Fibaro Door Sensor Not Triggering

Hi there,

I have installed multiple fibaro door sensors all over the house. All work except the main door and it is very upsetting (since this is the main door I want to monitor).

The sensor will trip (the led light will glow when tripped) but UI5 will not show it as tripped. I have done everything I can think of, left it overnight to heal, excluded and reincluded it etc.

Anyone face the same issue and have a solution?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have had the same problem with one of my Fibaros, all my other ones were working fine. After maybe 15 includes/excludes, it finally decided to work. I am not sure what caused this, so my only advice is keep excluding including, it might start to work… unless it is faulty, that is obviously another possiblity.
