Fibaro Door Sensor Lost Association when Battery Removed

I’m interested to know if anyone has experienced a similar problem with any Fibaro sensor.

I associated 2 door sensors with my Vera 3. As I didn’t plan to install the sensors straight away I removed the batteries, when I replaced the batteries 3 days later, 1 of the 2 door sensors had completely lost its association. The icon remained in the Vera UI, but there was no comms. It was a simple process to associate the door sensor again, but this seems to be an odd occurrence and doesn’t seem to have been mentioned on the forum as far as I can see from searching.

Is this a known issue with Fibaro?

You should perform battery change with magnetic piece taken away from sensor, or reset will be performed.

Yes, I had exactly the same trouble when changing a battery for the first time. You live and learn!
