I have been trying to install my new VeraPlus the last couple of days, but I have a strange issue I can not figure out.
At first, I plugged the unit in to my network, started a web-browser and entered home.getvera.com, and registered an account.
(I am unable to validate my email for some reason, the link in the validation email sent goes to a 404 error page).
Then the device started updating the firmware. Which finished in a couple of minutes, so far so good.
After this, the “Setup Wizard” is started, where I press next and after a short wait I get “Failed to retrieve user info. Click the Back button and try again.”
Any ideas anyone?
I have asked support for help, but no response so far (24 hours).
