failed - reset , where has the usb setting gone?

So I tried to upgrade my Vera -
Bricked it (flashing red and green) went through the HORRIBLE re-download firmware procedure - download Windows Xp, download Virtual Machine , finally got the thing done
O I have my vera 3 back
Surprisingly all my devices are still remembered
BUT none of my devices are connected - now I’m trying to find why - so first thing to check is since I am one of those lucky people with a USB Dongle - because of the different frequency in Australia I want to ensure it is using it but I can no longer find the place that tells it to use an External USB connected ZWAVE transmitter
Where is it again?

Don’t worry - just frustrated - The Vera no longer able to see any devices - but it appears that it recognises the USB dongle and swaps to the correct one when I swap ports
Oh well

Setup → Z-Wave Settings Find the Port field. By default it will point to /dev/ttyS0 which is serial port zero, COM1 in Windows terminology.

When using the Z-Stick, you’ll need to change this to point to the Z-Stick terminal, which is usually /dev/ttyUSB0 but it could be some other number. To be sure, I would suggest logging into Vera via SSH and running this command ls /dev/ttyU*
This will list all USB terminal devices. There is typically only one on Vera, but if you see multiples you’ll have to figure out which is the Z-Stick.
