I tried to do a backup with remote access, but it it failed and now i can’t connect to vera lite. I only have a blue blinking power light. Can anybody help me?
You could look into doing a factory reset, then set up your account again, then you should have access to backups on Mios. Disclaimer: I have not had to do this so this is just thinking out loud right now.

Thanx, but it did’nt get any better. The blue light started blinking again after the resett was done.
It sounds like you might have to reflash your Veralite. Then, restore your configuration from backup. I hope that you also manually backed up the Z-Wave network/“dongle”.

And just like Bane i could’nt make contact with Vera. Maybe I just have to wait for MCV support to respond?

Here is an update on the issue.
MCV support couldn’t connect to Vera, but I got hold of an old PC with Windows XP (from my brother’s garage)
Then it was relatively easy and follow this link: http://wiki.micasaverde.com/index.php/Firmware_Flash_VeraLite
Vera was up running in no time!
Running the recovery tool on Windows 7, didn’t see Vera, I loaded Windows XP Mode in Windows 7, it didn’t see the Vera Box either.
Afterwards i did an update to the latest version and everything was back to normal.
