Ezhome.nl - Coretronics.eu - Are they a reliable business?

Hi to all , I’m writing you since I’m having an issue with the company Ezhome.nl (www.ezhome.nl) - [coretronics.eu]

On 11th of February I ordered from this company a few components (Aeon Labs, Everspring, Express Controls,Remotec ) and, since then, the order is stuck in “Processing” status.
I tried many times to contact them via phone at (+31)495534164, via their online form and via direct email to sales@coretronics.eu, but they NEVER responded ???.

Some of you know this company? Are they a reliable business?

I can confirm this is a reliable company, I placed 3 orders till now and received all the components within a week.

Hi, I’m writing to inform you that Finally yesterday 30 March 2011 I received the package I was waiting for since 11th February .

Thanks. So, is there an explanation for the delay: were some items not in stock, did the package get lost in the mail, etc.?

Initially they told me that he had a problem with their order management system "Magento " and in 15th March informed me that he sent the package and the TNT traking number but on TNT site reported "The parcel has Been Announced to TNT Post and can be tracked. "Only on March 22 this status is changed to “Parcel sorted at sorting center” and the same day in “Parcel sorted for country of destination”, the rest I wrote it… .

I contacted them a few months back with 3 questions and never got a reply
waited a few days and decided to take the plunge and order my Vera2
this went smooth and got it the same week (or early the week after, not sure)

then I ordered 1 Aeon Labs door sensor which when I placed the order was said they didn’t have enough stock
I ordered and paid for it anyway and waited 1.5/2 weeks and then it got shipped and received it

so they are reliable and deliver what you order but the communication isn’t what you would expect
there aren’t many alternatives for benelux I guess :slight_smile:

Hi, ‘ZHOME.NL’ are unreliable, do not say anything, have a lot of preorder products but do not send anything, I lost money and time with them …

well I ordered an Everspring switch about 2 months ago and it got delivered after 5-7 days or so (can’t quite remember but it was fast enough for me :slight_smile: )
