Look for the weather underground app. It takes a couple of steps but you can then use a nearby weather station. I wouldn’t make something that could go horribly wrong though. Internet weather stations go offline and may display outdated info. If you want something reliable, get your own temp sensor so you can know the data is current.
If a weather underground station goes offline … The next nearest weather station info is provided.
You can also detect when this happens since the plugin shows the currently connected station.
I use my own PWS … And I use the weather underground plugin to provide data from it to Vera.
I also have Vera notify me if my weather station goes offline.
