Excluding a Appliance Module

I have tried to exclude a Ge 45609 Appliance Module but with no luck. Is there any other way to factory reset the module.

What issue are you having with excluding the module? Is Vera reporting an issue or is it not seeing the module when in exclusion mode?

I am trying to reset it to use with the Schlage Link system instead of Vera. I have tried exclusion several times but the switch still goes on and off.

Did you try using the Schlage Link bridge to do the exclusion before adding it to the bridge? You should be able to use any controller that is not a secondary to the Vera to do the exclusion
