Evolve LSM - 15W troubleshooting

Hello,

I just got two Evolve LSM - 15 and installed them at home. I left both of them working properly and included them in my home network.

I few hours later I came back home and one wasn’t working any more
I checked the line and everything was ok.

Anybody know if I can fix this? I live in mexico and from shipping fees for warranty I better just buy a new switch

So it doesn’t work at all anymore, or just the Z-Wave part? Does the LED still turn on/off when you press the switch? If you put this switch in the location of the working switch, is it failing?

It doesn’t work at all, no nice little green LED, no manual operation, nada
I wired it correctly, tested it before placing it the wall. Then I properly installed it in the wall and paired it with my vera.
I left the house for a few hours and when I came back nothing.

I removed the switch and checked the lines were ok and replaced it again for a normal switch so I could have light in my corridor.

I installed another evolve at the same time in another location at my home and that one keeps working ok. Actually I like more that evolve than my Intermatic switches (Faster operation, silient, green led at the bottom) Its a shame one of them stopped working.

I see.

Sounds like ‘no’ to me, at this point.

I was afraid about that. I'll open it up and play around with it, post anything interesting I find. Shipping fees to expensive to clam warranty. It must be bad luck because I've read the evolve are very reliable switches, that's why I bought those in the first place.

If anybody knows how to get cheep Z-wave products in mexico I’ll appreciate it.

Hi
I’m from Mexico too and I have all kind of z-wave products, Jasco, Aeon Labs, Vera, Evlolve, Leviton, Somfy, etc. Let me know if you are interested, excellent prices.

@joselmg - No way Jose. Reviving a six month old dead thread to spam on your very first post, I don’t find that very cool at all.
