Evolve LRM-15 (LRM-AS) dimmer custom ramp setting question

Hi,

I cant seem to find an answer to the question how to modify the ramp settings for this evolve dimmer.
The user manual does not specify the parameter that has to be changed. All I know is that it is possible to modify the ramp.

Any ideas? Is anybody using this dimmer and can tell me how to modify the ramp?

Thanks for your help!!

Hey frichter, did you find how to do that? Thank you!

Hi…

nope… unfortunately not :frowning:

I know this is an old thread but I ran across it researching evolve/linear dimmers and wanted to make this PDF known for future searchers:

The above linkis for the linear dimmer which is the same as evolve dimmer. Below is for the companion (3-way) modul and includes ramp time parameter description (hopefully works the same on dimmer - untested).

Unfortunately, neither of the documents pointed to in the previous post is correct. The Evolve LRM-15/LRM-AS. The best Z-Wave documentation I could find was for the LRM-1000

The device responds to only 3 configuration parameters

3 - Night light (0 or 1) Default 1 - Controls whether the on-board LED is on when the dimmer is off
4 - Invert (0 or 1) Default 0 - Flips the up and down buttons
5 - ??? (0 or 1) Default 1 - I still have no idea what this one does.

It’s been a while since I messed with the settings, but I agree with gengen. Much of the functionality in the documents that I linked above did not work for me (groups in particular). This was a bit of a let down, but at the end of the day the linear/evolve dimmers do work well with dimmable LED lights and are less expensive than the leviton counterparts.
