Everspring ST815 Illumination sensor setup?

Hi All,

does anyone know the correct setup / xml file for use with the Everspring ST815 illumination sensor?
The default detection sees it as a switchable lamp module (on a Vera 3 / UI5).

I’ve tried the D_ComboDevice1.XML file as mentioned for an ST814, which gets rid of the switch but does not appear to be reading the illumination level.

I’ve searched for info on this and on what .xml files exist for what devices, but I can’t find anything so far.

    After leaving it for some hours, the Advanced tab on the device info now has a correct ‘Currentlevel’ value, so the combodevice xml file seems suitable.

I just picked up one of these & am trying to set it up on a Vera2 with UI4 - how exactly did you get it to use the D_ComboDevice1.XML file? I tried changing the device file under the advanced tab, but doing so seemed to upset vera, which flashed a message about the zwave network failing to start & then lost all the buttons/reverted to generic icons for nearly all devices on the UI.

I removed the ST815 and all was well again, so I obviously need to do more/something different than just changing the device file under advanced…
